World Bank Annual Report 2010

During fiscal 2010 the Bank Group committed a record $72.9 billion in loans, grants, equity investments, and guarantees to its members, a 24 percent increase over fiscal 2009. During the global crisis, these investments helped our clients finance targeted safety nets, infrastructure to boost productivity and create jobs, and promote the private sector.
