H.E. Dr. Jargalsaikhany ENKHSAIKHAN,
Ambassador of Mongolia to Austria,
Resident Representative of Mongolia to IAEA
and UN organizations in Vienna
Ambassador Enkhsaikhan has studied international law and has been
teaching as professor of international relations. In his career as
lawyer and diplomate he has been working as adviser to the Minister of
Foreign Affairs of Mongolia and also as foreign policy and legal adviser
of the President of Mongolia. From 2005 to 2008 he was director of
„Blue Banner“ a Mongolian NGO for disarmament, unique in its campaign aiming for a single-state-NWFZ (nuclear weapon free zone).
Lead researcher in the Mongolian Institute for Strategic Studies and
Member of the President’s Commission to support civil society and NGOs
were just two more of his many activites.
Ambassador Enkhsaikhan has translated and edited several books in the
field of human rights, international law and NGOs.

not later than 26 January. A list of participants will then be at the main gate of
the VIC and upon showing a personal document you will be issued a ground pass.

to present this invitation and their identity document at Gate 1 of the VIC.
