The friedensnews.at (peace-news) active non-collaboration program with militarism an armament-industries starts with conversion of media to journalism of peace in 2008.

Medias play a key role in „Peace Mainstreaming“ and „Information Peacefare„.
Our new plan for setting up a EU Learning Partnership on Peace Journalism is now to start with a

PREPARATORY VISIT in Paris and

• in Vienna in by the end of summer or harvest 2008 (2009 we can celebrate 100 years of Union for Peace Journalism Union founded by the Austrian peace laureate A H Fried in Vienna 2009) and
• in Paris by the end of May „Salon des initiatives de la Paix“

1 person per country – please coordinate in your country –
Send the best person with knowledge on:

+ Peace Journalism and
+ with administrative capacity (who is able an willing to cope with
the national agency and EU-offices).
